New Marae

Our people back home are looking at making a new whare nui and are dabbling with particular designs to make a beautiful whare nui for the descendents of Te Uri roiroi. Looking around the web I have seen some lovely marae being built around the country.

I am going to go healthy for the rest of my days and part of that is cooking lean beef which is great protein and good for muscle repair and telling the body I am full. Gordon Ramsay knows how to make a great steak. Yummy for my tummy!
