Goal: Lose weight and maintain good size
- Hunter gatherer diet is the best for now - high protein and low carbs
- Every 2.5 - 3 hours have something to eat in between the three main meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Eat fibrous fruits such as kiwi fruit, pears, apples - less acidic which is good, protein shakes and bars, not processed foods - white breads, rice; okay to eat one cheap meal per week, subway meals - wraps with chicken fillet or roast chicken on honey mustard or bbq sauce or salads , with Mc D's eat chicken with honey and soy sauce
- protein helps the body register you are full and helps repair muscles
- carbs are turned into glycocene / sugar and stored as fat in the body if not burnt off
Exercise programme
A combination of weights and cardio to target the stored fat ie lipids and then to burn these fats through cardio work
