Adding more protein into my breakfast time. This means having the 3 poached eggs with one extra egg white. 3 pieces of multi-grain bread for toast. Mixed bean mix with baked beans up to half a can.

Goals
- Maintain healthy breakfast and mid morning snacks for the next two weeks
- Join the local gym for one month and assess how my weight loss and exercise programme develops
Matauranga
In the first two-three weeks there is a dip in energy levels and it takes a while to get use to the exercise programme. Strength work is an important part of the programme too. I will do a combination of the two at fitness plus.
