Adding more protein into my breakfast time. This means having the 3 poached eggs with one extra egg white. 3 pieces of multi-grain bread for toast. Mixed bean mix with baked beans up to half a can.
Use light blue milk

Snacks - Mid morning
fruit + cup of tea

Goals

  1. Maintain healthy breakfast and mid morning snacks for the next two weeks
  2. Join the local gym for one month and assess how my weight loss and exercise programme develops
Matauranga

In the first two-three weeks there is a dip in energy levels and it takes a while to get use to the exercise programme. Strength work is an important part of the programme too. I will do a combination of the two at fitness plus.
